Birdwatching

What birdwatching is

Birdwatching is an English word which refers to the activity of watching birds in their natural environment. It was not pure chance that the English coined a special word to give this hobby a name. Actually in the North of Europe and America birdwatching is widely practised at various levels; in Italy instead it is still unusual to meet people armed with binoculars looking longingly towards bushes or the sky in search of little birds or birds of prey.
